Tracey Boyd served in the United States military for 17 years and served all four tours of the first Iraqi war. He is my dad and after all he done for me and my mom as well as anyone who needs his help he deserves this. When September 11, 2001 happened we were living in North Carolina, He called my mom and asked her where his uniforms were because he wanted to go fight again. When I was in grade school he taught me how to fold an American flag. He always wants to help someone who is worse off than he is and always tells me of how his military service taught him to be a better person. Throughout my life he has taught me to have respect for myself and my country.
