The New York Says Thank You Foundation would like to acknowledge and recognize Julia Mudloff who helped to launch The National 9/11 Flag Tour in June 2009 and whose devotion to The National 9/11 Flag has inspired millions of Americans with the call to service. Julia has helped in our Foundation’s ongoing process to resurrect this unique piece of American history from the ashes of 9/11 and transform it into an inspiring symbol of the American spirit. Julia’s initiative literally helped to bring The National 9/11 Flag out of the basement of an assisted living center in Greensburg, Kansas and to center stage at The Boston Symphony Orchestra. Our Foundation – and our Nation – are deeply grateful for Julia’s service.
