Dennis Thayer is Fire Lieutenant for Cobb County Fire and EMS, Operations Chief for Georgia Mutual Aid Group, and active with MABAS Box Alarm system. He was recently awarded the Governor’s Office award (A Governor’s Public Safety Award for Outstanding volunteerism) for 2010 acts of volunteerism and professionalism.
