Lance Corporal Lambert S. Foster with the 2nd Marine Division of Charlie Company was involved in a LVS ( Logistics Vehicle System) accident near the Kuwait border on February 16, 1991, which resulted in a left symes amputation while serving his country in Desert Storm.
