Cliff Mosier served in the Army in the 1950’s. He is very patriotic and has instilled very high character and morals in generations of young people as a coach and mentor for 30+ years. He serves his community every week as a volunteer for many different organizations. He would consider it an honor and his duty to be a part of this project.
