DOLORES CARROLL
(Nominated by Kevin M. Carroll)
ST. JOHN’S PREP
March 24, 2011

Dolores Carroll is most deserving of the honor of placing a stitch in the 9/11 Flag. She is Navy veteran who served in the Nurse Corps during the Korean War. She served as a volunteer nurse with the American Red Cross for over 20 twenty years. Her service as a volunteer brought her in close contact with victims of fires and floods in the Merrimack Valley. She often volunteered her time and expertise at blood drives in order to maintain the blood bank. Her legacy of service to country and the community serves as an example for future generations.
