Jeff Cox is an exceptional young man who in 2009 wanted to do a project to get his Eagle Scout merit badge. He decided to make a 9-11-01 memorial in his hometown of Windermere, Florida. Not knowing what to expect, young Jeff plowed head first into a project that escalated to more than he bargained for. He met all the challenges and with the help of his parents, townspeople, and Boy Scout troop, he pulled off a great memorial. I commend Jeff. Thank you very much Jeff on behalf of all the 9-11-01 families.
