My husband is SFC Timothy Jones (Retired). Together we have five children, two of whom are currently serving in the US Army. My husband, now the Pastor of The Rock Church of St. Louis – Soulard, has always lived the Army Motto of “Duty Honor Country”. In fact, it has become our family’s motto. In addition to our own children, we have “adopted” many other servicemen and women into our family – Tim is always there for them to provide guidance, prayer, or a loving reprimand to keep them on the right track. In his new role as Pastor in the downtown St. Louis area, he has begun providing that same support to many local emergency personnel. I think he would be a fitting stitcher because he has always lived and modeled the values of ‘Duty, Honor, and Country’ in word and in action.
