Not only is Rev. Hallmark our minister, but he’s our State Army Chaplain. Working two full-time jobs and dealing with joys and sadness of church families and military families 24/7, he is amazing and outstanding as he shows kindness and dedication to these jobs. He puts others’ needs before his own. He deserves MUCH recognition!!
