Deb Kenner is the widow of Sergeant Steve Kenner. He worked with my husband who is also an officer here in Bismarck. He took pride in his job, and left behind a wonderful family of 4 children his wife and all of the police officers who he worked with. Deb also works at the police department. I feel that this would help her know that her late husband will never be forgotten, and will be remembered for all that he did including putting his life on the line to save others.
