Paul Penachio is Director of Emergency Management for the Town of Saugus, MA. Paul went to Ground Zero on 9-11-01 and worked there on rescue and recovery for 7 days. He was part of the Urban Search and Rescue Team from Beverly, MA. Paul does an incredible job in our community helping those in need during local emergencies. He is truly devoted to helping others. I believe he is very worthy of the honor of stitching the National 9/11 flag.
