When Matt was 19 years old he joined the Marines. He completed a five year tour of duty, one and a half of which was spent overseas in Iraq. Matt is now working at Marian University as the Director and Coordinator of Campus Security. He takes pride in all of his work and has made great changes in a short period of time. Students respect Matt greatly for being able to relate to their problems. His stories of the service are an inspiration to everyone with whom he works.
