Posthumous honor to Troy Miranda AKA “Beagle”. Sergeant 1st Class Troy Miranda with Company C 1st Battalion, 153rd Infantry of the 39th Brigade of the Arkansas Army National Guard gave the ultimate sacrifice for his county on May 20, 2004 on Hiafa Street in Baghdad. Troy’s father Carlos Miranda will honor his son by placing a stitch in the National 9/11 Flag.
